Minda is a senior administrative professional who has been a mainstay in the wealth management industry since 2010. With a career built on foundational experience at MetLife and MassMutual, she has spent the last nine years as the dedicated operational partner to advisor Michael Zeiter. Her tenure with Michael is defined by loyalty and continuity, providing a familiar and trusted point of contact for their long-term clients.

In 2023, Minda served as the architect of Michael’s successful transition to Osaic Wealth. She spearheaded the move by leveraging DocuPace to automate complex re-papering and ensure a seamless migration for the practice. Following this achievement, her role expanded to include assisting Branch Manager David Maurer, where she now oversees new account openings and ensures that every new client receives a premier onboarding experience.

A specialist in financial technology, Minda is proficient in several industry-leading CRM platforms, including SmartOffice and Salesforce. Since joining Osaic, she has become the team’s go-to expert in Redtail, ensuring that client data and firm workflows remain optimized and efficient.

A proud resident of Dehesa, Minda is deeply connected to the East County community. She and her husband have been together since 2007 and celebrated their marriage in April 2023. As a mother of two boys, ages 15 and 6, she is a master of multitasking, a skill she applies daily to keep the firm running with precision. When she isn’t managing firm operations, she can be found enjoying life in Dehesa with her family and their 2 ½-year-old black lab mix, Molly.
